Hastings rings

So doing a complete rebuild for the most part with my LNF and needed a new set of rings so i bought the hastings listed on ZZP. Chose the 2.0 standard bore and the site makes no mention of them being either way for lnf or LSJ only the ecotec platform. Well they arrived today but the oil ring doesnt fit my stanard lnf pistons. So question is do these bugger work for the LNF standard pistons or did i get the wrong thing? Thanks

I'm going to go out on a limb here... I don't know about the lnf vs lsj pistons but I'm guessing they are different due to the di with the lnf. I hope someone else can chime in but that's just my thought.

haha guess not. I ordered another set through someone else and they fit just fine. looks like these are going back to ZZP. Got a big purchase coming up and so far they have gotten back to me about the rings so im abit nervous about dropping 3k on them when i cant even talk to someone about 70 dollar rings

They are hard to get in touch with. They always blame it on being busy, but if you're that busy, hire an administrator.

I’d have to agree with you on that one. I had a shipping issue once and it was really hard getting ahold of anyone to find out where my package was via e-mail or phone.

pistons and rings are different between lnf and lsj.. btw, i've never had an issue getting in touch with ZZP.. during the week, they reply to emails within an hour or two at max..
