Check boost leaks. Flash back to stock and rebuild tune. I had a similar issue when I installed my intake, couldn't control boost and it was spiking higher than the stock maps could read. Flashed back to stock and problem was solved.

This is why I asked why you replaced the senosrs. It seemed pretty obvious that you were leaving something out. Now it appears that you swapped the turbo and made adjustments to the ECM before it started acting up. If you want help diagnosing the issue, you need to include all important information. If you tell us what turbo you installed, it would be a start. You would also need to include all other mods. Did you do the tuning yourself? What all did you change? etc...

55/57 precision dejon cai, hks catch can, dejon piping, external hks bov, hahn intercooler, honed intake, exhaust manifold valves, 3"dp "3 all straight piped from there, vince tunned then went to hptuner and now working with nick from byt remote tuning

the thing is i was tuned at 450whp and drove it for a month and then one day going to the track and i got to a stop sign and my car died, turn it on, my afr was ******* searching like a hobo looking for booze, was idling like **** and my advance was all over the place, i done compression test boost test smoke test changed pretty much everything minus pistons and rod and a new motor lol (i mean replaced with new factory stufff to clear that up ei the senors what not) and the boost solenoid was the last one to be replacd and yea 12.3psi is my current boost and idle is crap **

Factory boost control or a manual boost controller?
Did you test at 450whp on the dyno or just going off the mods and boost level?

I don't know why you are making this more difficult for yourself.

1. Why did you buy these complicated products when all you had to do was drive to zzp, a few hours away.

2. SSKev and Sean are good at what they do, why don't you stick with them, they are local, and if you pay them for their services they will help you sort out your items.

How far are you from our shop? If you can get your car here, we can get it running right.

reroute the factory lines to the wg and bov for the precision kit as they are connected to the factory boost solenoid and then adjust as you would as if it were still factory. (ie: fasctory wg-am wg and factory bpv-am bov) this way the computer just knows its controlling the bov and wg it still thinks they are the factory ones installed and thus allows you to still correct for them...make sense?

custom histograms:
loadxrpm- reading custom boost pid using the in manifold map sensor and
loadxrpm- reading wg% actuated so you can see what is being commanded and what boost it produces so you can 1) make corrections and 2) know how far each correction effects boost levels

of course will also have to play with many other tables as well but those are wg specific
