So when you press on the clutch pedal does one person open the bleed screw while clutch is in, and he tightens screw up while the person inside car lets off the clutch, make sure all bubbles are out the line...
All right did you do the right procedure for the clutch? When you push on the pedal is there exessive play or is it hard? If its hard start the car and push clutch in and try to engage the clutch, i know wen i put my spec 3 it was soft to me, so i though somthing was wrong but it was just soft.
If it is not engageing then it will bealignment or your throwout bearing. Could you peek a loook in the bell housing to see if you see the throwout bearing moving?/ Through that little cover??
Per the GM performance manual because the brake and clutch are on the same tank you must first pressurize the tank then attempt to bleed the clutch, that could make the difference.
maybe so, but he is saying he has a hard pedal, which in most caes is the throwout, or misallignemt, i mean it could be but if he keeps pressing the peddle it'll make pressure so it should still engage.
