How loose is the BOV on the flange exactly? Does it move a lot or just a little twist.

Well, located my problem. My "new" BOV was junk. Need a new one, so Ive got one coming to me!

might be you BOV spring. I have a TIAL Q 50MM. Light throttle letoff it has some flutter, anything over 10PSI, it lets out the full blast. (If you get flutter at full throttle though, you have compressor surge.)

The BOV was crap. It finally just quit doing anything, so I got another one on the way. In the mean time, Im going to tear this one apart and see what the problem is inside! haha Thanks for the help guys!
