Help with exhaust?

Ok I'm over here in the desert and starting to spend my money on upgrades. I'm looking to get new exhaust. I'm leaving this up to you guys to help me out. I want something with a nice rumble at idle, and gets plenty loud when you really step on it. Now does it matter what size the piping is? Does it have to be 3inches or will going 2.5 still be good and not restrictive. I'm not sure what type of DP to get either, I want to keep my CAT or possibly get a Highflow CAT. I like magnaflow, have on on my LS. But any advice is appreciated.

bump

Catless DP with a muffler delete and it will have a nice rumble and will get loud when you step on it!

just so you guys know, and I do not know why they haven't chimed in... ZZP now has the 3" catback for the LNF, it is NOT on their site yet

pricing is the same as the LSJ, $520 w/o the resonator, $600 with it, it has a Magnaflow muffler, that comes from Zoomer and their customer service

they have the best price on their downpipe as well

$199 w/o cat

$290 w/ cat

so you could get a catless DP and an exhaust without a resonator for $719, no one else offers a "full" exhaust that cheap, hell, some catback cost that much

I'm going to go catted downpipe though with a resonator, but still $890 is an awesome price for a complete 3" exhaust from the turbo back, I knew they were cheap on their LSJ exhaust so that is why I held back and waited to see what they did, was worth the wait
