Here we go...

Well this morning turned my car on went a grabbed a coffee everything is fine, works normal, great power etc.

About 2 hours later, i turn my car on to go in town to the girlfriends, well everything is not fine. I have no power at all, no boost etc. I have experienced this before, but it would go away. So i took it easy and drove, then pulled off the road. Turned the car off and back on, and on comes a CEL.I drive it easy in town and when i just got here i looked at it and everything seems fine. The intake is on the turbo, and all the charge piping seems to be tight and in place. I don't know what could be happening. Also when i give it a bit of gas and let off you here a flutter or like dry heaving type sound.

Mods are as follows: 3" CIA DP, 3" CIA Catback, Dejon hot side charge pipe, Dejon SRI, Trifecta Tuned 24PSI and GMS1. Now i usually drive with the tune off, so i'm not sure what it could be :S

Any help would be great! I might have to take the intake off and put the stock airbox back on and charge pipes to take into the dealership monday.

When you give it gas do you get any boost at all or does it not go past zero

Probably the map sensor or a cracked IC . Or the tune .

Stock tc end tanks crack easily as they r just plastic could still be that or the lower sensor in the lower cp may no have been seated proper when gm did the stg 1 install. Also a common issue

The GMS1 install was done in March, and the first time it happened was July 9th but went away, and now is like this.

I'll have to see the end tanks, that could be it. I'll just have to replace the charge pipes and intake before i take it to the dealer.

Even if it was a crack you should get some kind of boost. Would have to be pretty massive for you to get nothing, even a brief couple of psi

You either have a charge pipe leak or a cracked IC ..

Its going to the dealer tuesday to get it checked out, they said there was a bulletin about something to do with air ducts or something, i forget everything they told me. But they're going to look into it, and also do the power steering recall.

When i drove it down there, everything was fine, lots of power tune and gms1 worked fine, no flutter nothing. CEL is still on. Told the dealer it was on and they didn't seem to think it was a big deal, so they'll look at it then.
