Theres no cold air for the van and wont be. Its nothing but mostly old people that drive them and wouldnt get them. The stock setup we have works quite well. I had a true cold air that Secret Services out of texas made but sold it. It dropped to the left of the intake mani in front of the grille.

^^ Aside from that you're only other option is the K&N intake. All it is is a new redesigned tube from the stock box to the turbo, a new filter and new filter box cover. The enginebay desgn in the HHR's won't allow for a true CAI like in the Cobalts; our giant windshield washer reservoir is in the way. Like Bart said our stock setup is actually pretty efficient. Make note that even if you have the GMTU, you'll get the best gains from a CAI with a tune.
