The thing with Vince is his tunes "spoof" the cvn numbers, so THEORETICALLY, even if you went in with a tune and they performed the procedure it should come back as legit. So unless they attempted to perform other steps [actual tune download], you SHOULD be fine. Not sure how much I trust that though. And I would imagine that if you flashed back to stock via Trifecta cable it would be good to go as well.

Here is the site to check your stock CVN numbers ..... after a write just check and see if they line up . Another thing .... your stock PCM has a Serial number that shows up on the car's build sheet in GMvis.... so make sure you flash a spare PCM and not your original or thats another way to get caught.

Thanks. Yah I know his tune is "hidden" from the Tech-II tool. However as I am really cautious I was going to flash back to stock for all dealer visits.

I got an update for my trifecta selectable tune about 2 weeks ago (to change the activation button...)
and there was a kid there to have an update too on his TC, his father is a tech at a dealer

His MAP Sensor failed the night of his tune update and today he got the new one, his father tried to reflash with the GM stock file just to see if it would not match his trifecta tune and it said the stock tune was already installed, i dont know if that mean its undetectable but he found nothing. He have 20/24 psi selectable.

It simply means the CVN's match.
