Hptuners not working

When connecting hptuners to my 2010 lnf everything under scanner is greyed out. It'll connect and scan but under vcm controls everything is greyed out It's a 2009 PCM in a 2010 not sure if it matters.

I've got an '09 PCM in my '08 with no issues.

How many parameters is it scanning when you run it?
Sounds like the car has a Trifecta tune on it....

My VCM controls are also greyed out and do not know why. I can scan and have a gms1 tune on it.

did you buy your credits ??? HPT will scan any car (no credits are needed) but once you open the VCM suite you can not do anything if you do not have credits.

Scanner and Editor are two different programs.

I thought 2010s were a little different setup. Meaning 2010 PCM will only work in a 2010. Something about the interface I think. Might be worth researching that a little more.

Iirc Colodude is running an 09 PCM in his 10, so I'm not sure if that's the issue. What parameters are you scanning? (Hptuners forums has plently of pre-set configs for LNFs)
