I hate to keep bother you guys with these posts, but I'm trying to learn this car was much as possible, today is kinda warm and I have the stock gm intercooler with synapse charge piping I'm looking at over 100 degrees right now, will that affect peformance? Do bigger ones help it stay cooler?

 

they help a bit, but if its hot out, no much u can do other than meth, which will cool ur air alot. only thing i can see with temps like that, u wont have as much power since air is hotter and doesnt hold as much oxygen, and it would heat soak faster.

 

Ask some of the LSJ guys about their IAT's.. It'll make 100 sound pretty good.

 

Hahah well I had a supercharged cavy, never monitored the iat2 tho

 

on my LSJ im hittin 190 with my TVS pushing 26 lbs

 

Reminds me of driving my old GTP before my short stack. Those things had super high iats.
