Nightmare begins, Chevrolet Customer Service waive $88 dollars but I am responsible to pay $440 for them to take the engine apart. After that they find what's the problems then I call back Chevrolet Customer Service then we will take it from there.

Someone with hp tuners needs to scan for pending codes. Boost leak test, new purge solenoid, compression test, clean intake valves. New plugs, and new coils if other tests fine.

Go to any auto parts store like an advance auto and they will pull the code(s) for free, come back here and post what they find

If the dealership can't diagnose an issue with the check engine light on then they suck really bad and I would not let them change my oil.

Let me summarize.....the car bogs when the throttle is applied. It runs rough and vibrates but is not actually a misfire. Is power substantially reduced through all ranges of the throttle and gears? And.....how is the engine temp?

Engine temperature is perfect. Running at 185-190 degrees with my heater on. Anyways, I talked with my tuner/friend of mine and he said that he has that similar problem with his car before. He said it could be my 02 sensor that goes bad, he replaced his and running just fine. I called Chevrolet and that guy seems upset and hung up on me quick.

Follow suggested list first. Keep it simple. Don't shotgun until you have to. It would be much easier if you could log.

P0089 is usually related to fuel pressure. Could be fuel pressure sending unit. Could be bad High pressure fuel pump.

Now the P0016 and 300-301-302 codes are interesting. Possibly a bad cam phaser. Possibly bad crankshaft position sensor.

Lastly, it could be a major failure in your time chain area.

Did anyone notice any major noises coming from the cam phasers or the timing chain area?

I remember that I took crankshaft position sensor out cause I thought it was camshaft position sensor but put back crankshaft position in. I think that could be it, and I looked at my RPD wideband and it's dead on 14.7 and it's not moving at all. That could be bad 02 sensor bank 1, I'll check all of that on Sunday. It should be 50's here in Ohio next week. Funny thing is that I picked up my car at Chevrolet and actually drove my car and you should've seen the look at their face. Their eyes popped wide open when I drove off their lot and go only 10 mph go home. That show how much they cares about their customers giving their car with no fix and way to appreciate their customers with that safety! I got some serious *****! LOL!
