injectors & sparkplugs question

ok so im going bug turbo...the car is on the shop right now making a custom turbo kit... my question is do i need to change the injectors and the sparkplugs?

if so which ones do you recommend and what size?

injectors no, plugs yes. I hope whatever shop is doing this for you has the ability to raise the DI Fuel Pressure for a bigger turbo.

Really? And youre a senior member? No aftermarket injectors are available and the stock ones can handle more power than youll make anyways. The stock spark plugs might be good...maybe one step colder...but some people have had misfire issues with them...id recommend it though

Just assumed that perhaps you had been around the section dealing with your motor and platform long enough to know that because there have already been 100 threads on the topic...guess I shouldnt ASSume.

You should know by now that there are no aftermarket fuel injectors available for the LNF.

well i did know that it was pointless changing them the car has stock turbo... but havent ready anything about if it would be better with a bigger turbo...

Prolly 1 range colder would be fine with a .030-.032 gap. As stated, no injectors for the LNF. ZZP pushed the car to 540whp (IIRC) on the stock injectors with just the DI FP raised.
