installing new k04 tomorrow!

anyone gotta maintainence manual? or some kinda pdf file or anything that could help me in this long journey to put in my new turbo? of course everything hooks up right cuz its a stock turbo but i need to know things like do i need to take the motor mounts loose to get to the turbo or can i avoid it

Should just be take off intake, dp, disconnect all lines to turbo, take Off turbo and reverse sequence. Pretty easy to just swap turbos. It's also easier to take off dump tube before unbolting turbo, that's prolly the toughest part.

thanks man....im half way done taking it out and having trouble with the down pipes back bolt but imma try and take it out last

Once the downpipe drops from the turbo, it should lower the pipe enough for you to get to it with and extension and a swivel.

that downpipe is a B .....could also use two longer extensions, but yea get the front off first and itll b easirer. dont forget about the o2 sensor
