intercepter hp accuracy

so how accurate is this thing with hp? on stock i hit about 230hp on tune like 250hp im guessing its off a little, but a friend of mine is getting 299 on tune, he has 1 psi more.

From what I remember reading in the instructions, they said you should try to have a dyno reading to compare to to try to get it accurate the first time, then it should be fairly close from then on. Can't remember exactly what the instructions/settings are as it's been 6 months since I've seen an interceptor.
