Looking at getting an intercom let for my 09 ss on Black Friday. Heard great things about zzp and from past cobalt experience their product is great. However I have also been told modern performance and turboxs intercoolers perform well. Haven't really seen a thread anywhere discussing brand vs brand.

The werks and zzp intercoolers are the best. Ive done testing on all of the intercoolers. Pressure drops are all similar. On track o saw the lowest temp drops with the werks intercooler and its lighter then the zzp one by quite a bit, but it comes at a price. The zzp one gets you the best performance for the dollar.

The modern is smaller then stock and the only real upgrade is the end tanks not being plastic and the turbo xs is a knock off of the zzp for the most part.

 

There's also treadstone. The tr10 is beefy and it's a good price for how big it is.
