Intercooler upgrade
Seriously, do people not know what they're posting in? The heat exchanger is different than an intercooler...I would hope the original poster would know the difference and you wouldn't get the HE mixed up with the intercooler too?!
Back on topic, Hahn has one in the works, if not already on their SS/tc
Also, there should be some others following suit.

depending on the service department at your dealership, i'd wait till GM releases stage kits for you. The first few items should be coming out around SEMA time and besides, where u plannin on puttin down more power when the snow starts next month?? The way I see it, GM will likely have some decent stage kits out for the ss/tc by next summer puttin the car to some very fun HP/torque.
No thats for the tmap sensor.
Ya tell me about it, they're going to slip off with ease once you hit over 20psi. Its better to do it right once than trying to fix it after the ic is installed. Im sure some of the clamps near the ic are a pita to get to.

Also, from the runs and logging Steve has done on my car, the stock IC seems pretty damn efficient on anything the stock turbo can throw out. I think money saved for a replacement could be better spent elsewhere.
All the clamps are easy to reach, although you do want to get the car on ramps to get to the IC ones. And they're not going anywhere at 20psi as long as you tighten them up a little.

and an intake is a MUST HAVE
It is efficient but restrictive, and all tube/fine cores have a large pressure drop compared to a bar/plate one.
Quality work.
dont need a huge bov, if you want the sound wait for the turbotechracing cai to finish development. turbotech is stating much louder noise with their test systems and synapse turbo already has a 3" catless downpipe im sure the spool and valve release is gonna be sick. cant wait im gonna order the parts in a couple months when hp tuning has figured the computer out. word is no matter what you do torque is limited so best to save up for now. cant wait!!

For a comparison between stock turbo / bov sound and with a CAI, watch the two videos.
