(I could probably do the leg work of finding your address again, then figuring it out via mapquest ~ but being that route/speed limits/mileage don't necessarily determine drive time - you're probably in a better spot to clue me in.)

I have contemplated going to the CED meets for the past year and a bit ~ and not that erroneously think I am, or even aspire to be a tuner - but I have a decent understanding of tuning, and I would still like to be a proverbial fly on the wall for the discussions which might be a result from such a meeting...

Oh how I wish this wasn't a 13 hour drive for me. I'd love to see the different tuning styles in action and pick up some good new pointers along the way.

SKY888

This will be like an "all-star" event. And if the community will come to learn from these tuners, and meet them in person...............members who have some spare $$$ should at least help out and contribute to pay to fly tuners that will be flying from the west coast/east coast.....wherever. I may not be able to go but I'm willing to contribute some of my weekly lunch money.
Uhmmm, no thanks.

Everyone ive found wants $600-800 for a tune. When really what I want is Trifecta Switchable. If I go HPT id like it to be cheap.

yes im cheap =)

Ya get what u pay for. So when your 2010 blows up, how much was your canned tune wortt compated tp a dyno backed tune ? Listen to Flatgod, and dont do anything to your LNF without a dyno and a skilled tuner.

I was offered $650 for a HPT tune. No dyno was included in that price. I went ahead and got GMS1 for $1100 as I didn't plan anything else for awhile so I might as well keep my warranty.

This summer I really wanted to get trifecta 24PSI tune. Just love the thought of turning it on and off. Already got pms about local-ish trifecta tuning from my first post =)

No offense but $1100 seems steep for GMS1. I think mine was $800ishness from dealer.

If you do go Trifecta right away that's some expensive sensors you paid for

Thanks for the invite, pick a date and I'll see what's what. I hope you'd let a WS6 park there. lol.

Just look for the old guy.
