just ordered Hahn Catback

now i gotta wait for the intake, intercooler and piping then once that is all set, Tune the computer and have one bad ass DD.

any one know the average shipping times, its UPS ground?
and the install is straight forward? just cut old exhaust at axle, unbolt, then bolt on new exhaust? i got my friends lift and any tool i need at my disposal.

anyone try the shortening the wastegate rod like the solstice turbo's? when i have it on the lift, im gonna try it, probably set a code with the new computers though, but ill let you know how it works out

don't bother with the rod trick, dealers know to look for it if you go in for warranty work

I say just get the tune and screw the other components for now, they arn't going to help any

You should really look into a down-pipe. I think Hahn offers a 2.5" DP for the SS/TC. You're going to get most of your power out of that compared to the CAI, IC + Pipes, and Cat-back, but if you have all of them you'll be good too + tune.

Yeah, I second that with the rod shortening, Everyone is also saying including those on the solstice forums as well as here is that the computer eventually will return it to stock power levels.

imma wait on the DP, cuz i know my dealer will bug me about that, aswell as the tune, but they will be cool with the intercooler/intake and piping. my family's bought alot of cars from this dealer, so i know how they deal. either way, this car is awesome and can only get better, and the mileage is twice my old blazer.
