To answer your off topic Question...
"New for 2009 is the aforementioned four-door sedan option, as well as an optional "reconfigurable performance display" (RPD) for the coupe only.[22] The $295 option replaces the boost gauge in the A-pillar, and allows the driver manipulation of traction control, stability control, and the engagement of Competition Mode, as well as well as information regarding the car's engine torque and horsepower, g-force, boost, wideband air fuel ratio, barometric pressure, temperature, and battery voltage.[22] For 2010, RPD is standard, as is a power sunroof. The red/ebony and grey/ebony interior color options are also dropped, as is the turbocharged sedan.[23]" --Wikipedia--

I always wonder who got my '09 Coupe I traded in March. I let the dealer have that thing back tuned, pill modded, breater/catch can. I bet whomever jumped into that was like whooooooa this isnt stock!
Anyway...
Can you examine the tune off this car? If so you should post the .hpt and some of us could see how good/bad it was handled. Ask the owner if he has the tune file or can get it. It might also be interesting to call chevrolet and see if the powertrain warranty is still intact. Give rukkee your VIN and perhaps he can tell you that besides if its a hail damaged car. IF its one of the hail damaged 08's, all bets are off and lowball them hard.
These cars are going to be harder to find unmolested, so you have to pick your battles. Especially as some are already finding 2nd owners.

It seems the reconfigurable display is much more nice. Also, from the Chevrolet website, the only color for interior is black on black, for the 2010.
Also, I am not seeing an option for the reconfigurable display for the 2010. The only option as an upgrade is LSD.
Thanks!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but orange was not available for any model year of SS/TC. Which was a shame since that was a nice color. Heated seats were not an option for the SS/TC.
My first SS/TC had the red/black interior and it made my head hurt everytime I drove it. All to the eye of the beholder!
BTW I just got on autotrader and there are still 252 BRAND NEW 2009/2010 TC's still sitting on dealer lots.

I did see a thread with an orange TC, though.. Well, it had the TC rims, anyway.. Not sure if it was or not.
