Leaking Oil out of Oil Return

So I attempted to put on my ZFR this last weekend, and realized I was missing some coolant lines/oil lines. So I had to put my stock turbo back in. I bolted everything up and it was good to go, but I am having a few issues.

1. I am leaking oil out of the oil return liine at the turbo. I put a new gasket on there, but I had to drill out the holes bigger for the ZFR. I figured putting a new gasket would seal it. You think the bigger holes is causing the leak? I made sure it was tight.

2. At WOT I am only hitting 7 psi, which I am sure is wastegate pressure only. Do I need to swap the vacuum lines around on the Wastegate solenoid? I followed a diagram that I found but im still only hitting wastegate pressure.

How many lines did u have with the turbo. U should have 2 hard lines which are coolent and one stainless braided line which is oil. And how right did u torque the bolts on the return line?

Extremely tight. one was a little loose but I torqued it down last night.

I had 2 lines with the turbo. Coolant return and coolant feed. The coolant return was broken so I tried to make due with the stock one. the WasteGate bracket was colliding with the stock coolant pipe, so I am going to run AN lines/braided hoses for everything. But I needed my car back so for right now the stock turbo is back in.

ah I was thinking of doing an lines to. would be much easier. and ur oil return should not be extremely tight. u can bust ur bolt and even mess up the seal so it would leak. it should be 89 inch pounds. which isn't to tight, but tight enough. id advice u to get a new gasket again, and tighten it to 89 inch pounds. it shouldn't leak then. and the holes drilled out for the bolts shouldn't matter.
