My car is throwing a p0299, p2178, p2187 which is under boost, vacuum leak, and exhaust leak. The dealership think it's do to aftermarket part. Any other ideas?

Sorry. That was two separate things. Look at your cold side pipe. Locate the TMAP sensor. There is a hose right next to that sensor that goes to a solenoid on top of the intake manifold. Sometimes, the barb on the pipe that the hose attaches to, breaks off. Make sure that is not broken.
I don't have access to my computer right now, so I can't show you pics of the vac tank. It's under the intake manifold. Sometimes they leak and need to be bypassed.
Also, check the BPV diaphragm for tears. When I get back home, later today, I'll post pics of all of this stuff.

This isn't really a code associated with a bad TMAP sensor. You can sometimes tell they are bad when you register boost while revving in neutral.
The hose is still connected to your coldside pipe then? It's the hose that has the green clamp on it, in the pic.

If that tube is still connected, I would definitely check the BPV diaphragm for a tear. It is behind the tan cover on your turbo. It's kind of hard to get to, but not too bad.
