Linkage and shifting

First off I use my 2010 lnf as a daily driver, don't race it and certainly don't NLS. About 3 months ago I was getting onto the freeway and I was wot in 2nd and when I shifted to 3rd it popped and I had nothing. I pulled my shifter console apart and the linkage that connects on the right side of the shifter had broken off. So I had to order in a whole new shift kit and housing. Now 3 months later my shifting is getting more and more ruff and if I'm wot in 2nd and try to go 3rd it like wont go in, I have to let of the pedal and then push it in, and I'm always worried it is going to pop again because it is so forced. So I guess I don't know what to do? Is it linkage problems, clutch, trans? Any advice is appreciated, btw only have 41k miles on it

Shift cables might need replacing. Debris and/or water gets in there sometimes and slowly starts to corrode them from the inside out, which over time will make shifting difficult to down right impossible at times.
