Is it worth rebuilding my lnf longblock? Cyl.#4 Piston ring is damaged.

Define damaged.

And how do the cylinder walls look?

^x2, yes if the cyl is ok, if not go get a new block/engine unless you got damn good connections
on someone who makes sleeves and has a sleeve puller/installer.
