A little more woosh
I just picked myself up a LNF. Lots of +'s and a couple of negatives. I do like the LSJ power band vs LNF. Anyways, back to the subject...The cobalt has a hanh intake, trifecta switchblade tune and a catles downpipe. I picked up a used ZZP intercooler and I want to change out the chargepiping just to make sure I don't pop anything. I want more "woosh" when i shift (don't hate). I know I can upgrade the BPV or go with the Block off and a BOV. What would be better? What companies do people recomend? I've done a little reading nothing seems to point me in a good direction.

This tune, with a BOV. Otherwise, your stock turbo is going to hate you.
I think this new tune may let you run without a MAF relocate as well.

Was really thinking about just getting rid of the trifecta. I know a really good HP tuner who does alot of ZR1's and Caddies. He's done a few cobalts, was thinking about going with him in the Spring.

You will definitely have to do a MAF relocate if you don't stick with trifecta. If you have a trifecta tune already the upgrade is free I do believe.

My past run with trifecta on the S/C wasn't what I was expecting. So, the MAF relocate with a HP tuner is okay, but if I stay with Trifecta I need to ge tthe ECP upgrade. Does ZZP's setup have alot of problems? Chargepiping with the Tial BOV?
@BEG4MRC - That's ussually what I get is a link. Do you have one? How do you like it? Any issues?

While I'm saying you CAN run a BOV on an HP tune and people have done it (stock turbo with MAF relocate), it wouldn't be something I'd want to do on my own car.

this has been discussed alot its hit or miss with balts, sum can run without tune sum can, depending on ur future mods but i think you should get the forged BPV its louder then stock and cheper then new charge pipe, the bov, and having the flange welded, i have a Tial Type Q bov myself
