darcy motors? like a chevy dealership? it has to be installed by a chevrolet dealership so they can program the car after all the sensors and what not are installed... and should be boosting somwhere between 20-22 i believe

now only having 4psi? well take a look at the sensors... make sure that they are snug and fit because ive seen those new sensors and they really arent the best fit one for the manifold. but if placed right can still do the job! with only running 4psi it sounds like your boost leaking somewhere all i can say is look around and see if you can hear anything louder than normal or weird noises in any specific places. id personally check the sensors tho

is it also possible that the dealer calibrated the part incorrectly?

They probably wired it wrong like the pile of other dealer ships who cant properly read a schematic....... you should of had a garage do it or done it your self. If it's not that then its a boost leak by not swapping the o-rings on the t-map sensors, or If you have stock lower cp it probably wasn't shaved of the plastic boss.

I can easily hold 22.5 psi on a 70* day. I've spiked 25 before in the same conditions.

Stock for me: 14-17
GMS1 for me: 19-21.5 I have spiked 25 about 10 times, but that was a fluke & I fixed it.

i tightend up the sensor near the manifold and its boosting back up to 18-19.5 w/ outside temp of 65 degrees. no sign of any leaks... maybe they flashed it wrong

it would barely run if it was flashed with the stock tune file. Sounds like a loose connection to me. Check the connections at the MAP.

you guys are aware thats its boost on request right? the computer asks for how much boost it needs to make power level xyz. Being that this cat is in illinois, he may need less boost to make the same power. iirc

If it was flashed incorrectly, youd have a hell of a lot more problems than a 1 psi difference.

Your fine sir, its all psychosomatic at this point.

Could be anywhere between 17-22 depending on elevation And ambient temp.

Stock could be anywhere from 14-18 on that note.

Depends on how much boost you need to hit the torque load requested in the ECM.
Ive seen 21.5 sor far at the highest on a cooler day say 40s like it has been recently in Chicago I see around 19.

The reason I say check wiring is because he said it went in to limp mode on him....
