further update: I installed the ZZP adjustable push rod /mastercylinder today and fixed the low release/no release of the clutch pressure plate on this F23/2.4 turbo conversion.

It is a horrible job to change, was difficult for me to get it bled, and I was very conservative with the adjustment. But it works.

I have no clue long term if the TOB will handle the travel its going through, and the only real way we will know if this works long term is to wait and see. S0 far, so good, and the customer is a happy camper. The car shifts and works perfectly, even at high revs. So thanks to the ZZP crew and Tim for suggesting the fix.

John, if you made a clutch pedal stop for the ecotec I think you should make more of them and sale them since this is a major issue with these cars. You have the length and everything figured out and agood location. Just a thought I'm sure if you make a thread stating what it is and everything I', sure they will sell and maybe help these cars overall. Just my .02

Just figure since our cars don't have a stop until they reach the floor maybe that's whats killing the tob. Most other cars have some sort of clutch pedal stop but there tob isn't a tob and slave combined like ours

Ok so quick update I pulled the trans pulled the clutch out slave was busted and clutch was toast (1200 miles) only break in no abuse... dont think my slave was allowing for full engaging. Sent clutch to south bend ran tests on it everythings fine there sending a fresh pressure plate with modded fingers so there a little closer to the slave=shorter travel and a fresh clutch disc. I replace the whole slave system with brand new from dealer gm parts.... Slave,Pipe,Plastic peice, distro block/clips. putting back together as soon as i receive the clutch. and then fingers crossed
