Trans is exactly the same externally.

cryo is only good for heat problems, cyro gears still break. Think I will trust the eng on this that the tranny is optimal for what the car is designed for.

Cryo adds about 15% more strength to parts.

The calibration can be done via HPT. The gear is the same tooth count, but the car is setup for a different ratio in the PCM.

whatever puts you thru the most gears at the closest to redline is going to be the fastest as long as you can use first gear... everything else should revolve around that. has anyone tried swapping final drives from the LSJ trans into a LNF trans? what about the F23 final drive into the F35 transmission? look at the Honda B-Series stuff and you'll see what i mean.

What makes metal softer? Heat. You retard that process slightly modifying the metal at a molecular level to resist that phenomenon and you have "stronger" gears. Cryo IS useful, but I dont believe that our F35 has cooling issues, just weak spots subject to TORKs.
