MAF codes, lack of boost, help!
I went to dealer. Over war retry for maf sensor. They tried a new maf first and road tested it after clearing CMDTCs. And popped codes again. So they put my sensor back in. I work for ford and can't pick up any data logs with my IDS scantool. I was thinking my checking the sensor voltages with the dealer pinpoint tests and hope for luck. But I heard injen causes problems a lot of the time. Ran boost leak tester. Quiet environment and can't hear any hissing with it holding 23psi in the piping an cooler without it dropping.
I will try it again but I was under car and couldn't see anything or hear. But I'll try again. Sounds like the boost pressure is coming out the ass of the turbo. And I get a chatter noise on hard accel. Chirp noise happens and boost flutters.
Do you have the soldered GMS1 sensors?
The system isn't air-tight, so there's no way it can hold 20psi of pressure. I don't understand what you mean, here.
i made the boost leak tester in the other thread. put it on the top of the hotside cooler pipe. hooked air compressor to it, cauase my regulator is broken, i just put 25psi in the compressor. then hooked it up to the boost leak jig. once it hooked up it filled the system with pressure, and didnt drop on the compressor. nor was their hissing from any of the clamp areas.

filled compressor to 25psi. turned off compressor so it is dead quiet. then hooked up air line to fitting on boost jigger so there is no noise.
what color do i not want, what should it be, so i know what to look at when i get to hawl it back out. ramp in the garage is been busy been working a lot before christmas, never has a chance to put my car in
If you have stock sensors, they should be blue/green. If you have GMS1 sensors, they should be black.
noticed on cold start says low coolant when its not low. aalso poped p0451 in pending codes. no engine light on. still never had chance over christmas to get a look at the color of the o-ring on the lower map

Solenoid:

Vent Valve:
installed new purge solenoid and vent valve. valve required me to buy a new harness because they changed the valve and connector. erased codes, see how it goes, so much snow out cant get car out.
