It won't really matter. The problem will lie in the intercooler collecting water and condensation while car isn't running... also the water will have a tendency to wash oil off the compressor wheel which may have a negative effect over the long term. I had a post turbo set up in my old diesel truck. Honestly, unless you are doing it to retard knock sensitivity I don't see a whole lot of purpose in water.meth injection. The intercooler keeps the air charge pretty cool

I believe if the nozzle is to big then I can see water would collectyou in intercooler. So far I have no water in intercooler with a .75 gph nozzle and turbo looks fine. Been running it for three months now.

Best results for meth injection would be after the intercooler right before the intake manifold.

My setup is synapses stage 3 with e30 tune, with 9gph nozzle after intercooler and a .75gph nozzle pre turbo.

I am personal not a big fan of it. I like putting the nozzles on the back side of the turbo.

Well considering it is devil's own, the purveyor of many a meth/water injection kit, I would assume they have lol...

In all seriousness though, cooling the aircharge pre-turbo is kind of pointless. The air starts to really heat up when it gets dense... Hence, any cooling done pre-turbo is negated by the boost, well not totally negated, but it does heat back up... You might as well start cooling the boosted air.

This is right off devil's own page... I went by this when I did meth/water on my old diesel truck (may she rest in peace) https://www.alcohol-injection.com/en...jection-nozzle

Yea i have played with it. you can make some extra power by moving it before, but the trade off is wear on the turbo.
