Misfire; now boosting 22psi Stock Tune!
I have a 24psi selectable tune from trifecta. Last week i got the p300 and p301 misfire code and the car was misfiring at wot and stalling I assumed that part of the problem was the spark plugs since I've never change them before, I only have 17,000 miles and about 4,000 are with the tune installed so went ahead and replaced them with the Autolite Iridium XP the factory spark p. where gapped at .035 so I also gapped them at .035 The old spark plug on cilinder #1 was cracked in the ceramic part of it and was pretty much burn, the rest of them seem fine. Now that I changed them the car felt good again and stopped doing the misfires but is now boosting 22psi on the stock tune, and is sorth of misfiering and stalling with the tune! But without any codes or cel's.
Should I reflashed the car and gapped them smaller like .030 or .032? Or do you guys think I busted something else. Thanks!
