Miss fire code on 3 cyl Trifecta tune

Miss fire code on 3 cyl Trifecta tune

So my engine light came on and its saying miss fire on 3 cyl. I just got a Treifecta Tune about 2 months ago. Is this common??????

i get misfire from time to time, ni big deal, clear it and keep trucking, if it keeps happening frequently, then id think something is wrong

i just replaced the plugs about a hour a ago pretty sure they had never been changed. and yes i was driving it pretty hard the other night. So I'll just clear it and see what happens.

I don't know how many miles your car is working with but regardless if you are tuned and the plugs have never been changed, it most certainly was a bad plug causing the misfire. When you are tuned, it's recommended to change your plugs more frequently than if you were running a stock car. Personally, since I am tuned, I change my plugs every 15k miles or so just for peace of mind even if I'm not seeing any misfires.

Run a compression test and see if you have low compression in cyl 3
