Wont "add" more power, it will utilize and reduce engine movement, and optimize the power through the drive train.

It will have some vibs, yes. They do disapate around 1,000 miles or so.

It will help you get better traction so it will technically make you faster, but no extra power.

Vibs are only at idle, and wait until about 1,000 miles, you wont notice them any more (or very little)

You will notice some vibration for the first week or two but as the new mounts break in the vibs will lessen.

you get used to the small amount of vibrations after a while, and it's 100% worth it.

You might also consider OTT rotated mounts. I would not worry too much about motor mounts on a new SS/TC unless you are showing signs of wheel hop.

basiacly if you dont mind the little dash rattle and you want to trade performance for smoothness then go ahead and do it. Me personaly i dont plan on doing anything with the mounts at the moment, or the tranny mounts.

either rotated mounts($300 but almost completely eliminate wheel hop, rubber banding, ect, no additional vibes) or just the front trans mount in polyurethane ($30 and limits wheel hop a LOT, firms up shifts, eliminates rubber banding of powertrain during hard shifts, vibes for first 1K miles, then no abnormal vibes outside of idle). I got the prothane front mount for now, then when I can afford the rotated mounts, I'll get those, getting all prothane mounts will rattle you to insanity, with just one mount, the rest still kill quite a bit of the vibes.
