My trip to ZZP
As some of you guys already know from Instagram or Facebook I decided to make the trip to ZZP last month. I threw my stock wheels back on and left my place in Pennsylvania around 12 on Sunday afternoon. 7 hours and 450 miles later I was in Michigan. I made one stop for gas on the turnpike in Ohio. Not a bad drive at all. It was all highway and went pretty quick. Couldn't have asked for a nicer day for a road trip. Here's a pic before I left.

I wanted to stop by the shop once I got in Grand Rapids just to get an idea where I'd be going in the morning. I passed it up a couple times, but eventually found it. Guess I should have been looking for this LNF Sedan that was sitting out front. I parked beside it and took a couple pictures. Not sure who the owner is, but it was a clean car. This is the only one I've ever saw other than Brian's (GoodLuckBro) yellow one.

By now you're probably wondering what I drove to ZZP for, right? Well, it wasn't for a build (not yet at least) or anything crazy. I made the trip to get my car dyno tuned. It probably sounds crazy driving almost 500 miles to just get a tune, but I didn't want to do remote tuning. I also needed some time off work and to get away from home for a couple days so it worked out perfect. Not to mention ZZP is one of the only places I'd let touch my car.
I woke up early the next morning since I couldn't sleep and headed over to ZZP around 9 in the morning. I talked to Tim and then went to the gas station. I filled half my tank up with E85 since I was getting tuned on E47. It was time to get on the dyno and turn the boost up. Matt did just that with my car and the stock clutch slipped which I was expecting to happen. So right now it's tuned on low boost until I upgrade the clutch. Here's a pic on the dyno.

The car made 306whp/330whp on their Mustang dyno. I couldn't be any happier with the tune. It feels like a whole new car after being on the stock tune for two years. I've never had any problems with any of the ZZP parts on my car or their customer service prior to the trip. I'm glad I made the drive instead of staying local and can see why guys like Dave (dcrep06) and Ryan (ScytheTheSnake) have no complaints with their ZZP tunes either. Thanks to Tim, Matt, and everybody else at ZZP. Here's the dyno run, hopefully I'll be back soon!

That's the plan! I'd like to get a Southbend Stage 4, some other goodies, and see how close I can get to 400whp on the stock turbo before going bigger. Thanks man.

Hahaha Your experience and mine sound very similar. I passed that place like 3 times haha. by the looks of the dyno it looks like your still in there old shop? Or is that their new shop? How did it look? I live 2 hours from zzp(lucky me) and always leave smiling lol. (Again being similar) They are also one of the few I would EVER let touch my car. Matt and Tim are always my buds when I go there. Tim always has all the answers and Matt is simply the best. He tunes for your cars safety.
