yea it does flutter as lower boost which is normal for this BOV because it comes installed with two valves and the valve for lower boost does flutter. It is very responsive. If you want a vid I have one of mine. HEre ya go.

FLutter/ turbo surge is a very bad thing. Its the sound of air bouncing off of you throttle body and turbo. Since you have the option, do you really want to risk turbo damage for the sound?? There are much better BOV's out there.

flutter is normal on the new HKS SSQV's only. They are dual staged. It is completely normal. If you don't believe me when google: HKS SSQV flutter. You'll see

I know that in general turbo flutter / surge is a very bad thing that can destroy turbos. I don't know weather or not that is supposed to have it.

you can run it stock but you will gain no performance from it without a tune
