Question need help ASAP with car being all weird!!

ok so the car wont star up.... the inside gauges are all "ticking", especially the boost gauge... it goes from 0-over the 30 psi mark back and forth... it feels like there is no spark but the spark plugs are new... what the hell can i do to fix it?!?!?!?!??!?!?!

thanks!

THis was happening on my car before we found out the electrical system wasn't grounded right.

Not sure that helps at all, but it's what we ran into. Possibly the starter wires are crossed (if that's possible(?

check if the battery is charged! That is one of the signs of a semi-dead battery on our cars

First thing I thought after reading the OP, bad ground somewhere.

Now it sounds like your timing is still off.

Why would you be missing a ground cable? It doesn't need to be removed from the car to pull the engine. BTW, it doesn't hook to the starter- it is connected to a stud on the trans. Also, make sure that the smaller ground shown in the pic is not hooked to the starter B+ post.
