worst comes to worst, u can cap of the fitting on the intake tube and put a small k&n filter on the end of the braided line. Dejon's website might help if u go that route, i did on my dejon intake. More or less an extreme answer so i guess BUMP for a better answer
i have no clue man? mine was close to not going on but i pulled on it a lil and it clipped on. the only thing i can think of is loosen the clamps and see if you can turn the intake tward the hose a lil more?
the first pic is YOUR hahn kit or someone elses? and if that second pic is yours wth is that thread for?...all you do with that braided hose on the hahn kit is pull it till you here the clip click and your done.
yeah idk what that second pic is either?? lol!
yeah thats not sposed to look like that! theres sposed to be a thing on that nipple that the braided hose clips onto

I see now what you are talking about. I think Hahn forgot to put in the "nipple" that threads on that fitting. Check your package complete again... It shoulf be in there. If not you might want to send your complete address to Hahn and request the missing part?
i checked EVERYWHERE and no peice.....my car is out of commision and i need it for work friday...****!
anyway to get a hold of hahn after business hours?
Also you "should" be save not having it connected for a day or two. If you dont want this, you might have to re install the factory air box for a couple days...
Email only... Not by phone... (Plus they couldn't ship it tonight anyways, as UPS/Fed Ex are closed...)

Absolutely. Do NOT run your car with the hole open. You will NOT be fine even for a few minutes. Un metered air will be introduced into the system and your air/fuel ratio will go ballistic. I don't care who's intake system you have, the intake must seal correctly. Either cap the fitting or re-install your stock intake...

Where is Lithia FL? I live an hour north of Tampa. I know my car sounds sick now with the intake and exhaust. It is really loud now.
