Did you get tuned for the BPV Spring?

I see that the website says

The stock spring is pretty weak and may leak boost pressure under the high boost of performance tunes. It will not benefit a stock tune. Our replacement spring is made from stainless steel and has a much crisper sound, the result of better sealing. The tradeoff is slower opening.
So to me, I should get one for that reason alone, but I'm not tuned for it so hmmm....

i first got it when i was on gms1 and it sounds the same then as i am now with it being tuned. but when i got tuned i mentioned that i had that and he said he tuned me for it. it sounds A LOT better then the stock spring. for $10 def worth the investment and takes 2 mins to install

So you're saying you had it (spring upgrade) on GMS1 and you had no problems, and it sounded like it does now in the video. Then you got tuned and it sounds the same, but much better or since you're pushing more boost it sounds better than it did with just GMS1?

Basically the only thing I'm concerned about is can I put it on without tuning for it, from what I'm understanding from this post is yes, yes I can.
