Is this a newer Hahn intake?
Click this link: http://www.ecimulti.org/gallery2/mai...serialNumber=1
IS that the newer style breather connection or something older?
I'm asking because its way too short, and the plastic collar inside the PCV check valve keeps pulling out. Sent an email over to Hahn, but guessing I'm going to have to fix this on my own. That connector screws onto the intake it appears, and the IS flanged right (breather snaps on). Its just too short... and it makes the braided hose lay on top of my ignition coil which also makes me sad.

I can't tell from your shot whether it's the same as mine or not. I think my intake is closer to the engine than yours though (more toward the driver side). Look at my gallery pix.
I did wrap mine with high temp tape just to make sure it never leaks or pops off though. It was plenty long enough. I just had to reconfigure the loom for the MAF connector so it would reach without straining it.

oh wow, that would be my old intake i think. yes, that is the original group buy one, it had no issues with fitment on the pcv line.
did you try turning the assembly slightly counter clockwise at the turbo, then rotating the tube alil more counter clockwise at the top of the curved silicone coupler? i think that would fix it.

Iam Broke: Yah I had to relocate my MAF wiring about the same as you did there.

I've rotated and futzed around with it for about an hour... I'll try again though. Its to the point where I can't really move it anymore because of the little mounting pad it sits on (that rubber piece with the 2 threaded ends). I guess if I removed it off that it would most likely fit better.
Honestly I'm going to just re-engineer it for my needs, because I want to put a catch can on my car ASAP. I noticed a LOT of oil sitting in the bellows of my stock intake.

No seals are perfect, 'specially on the 'Balt.

Well, its all just coming out of the breater.... and especially on cars running synth oil. I'd like to try and trap as many of those vapors as I can because I've seen how gummed up other GDI cars get on the intake side.
Breather is working as designed, I just wanna put a sealed can inline is all
