no power in ACC...help

so when i put my key in my car and turn it to ACC (accessory) nothing happens but when i turn it to on it comes on and starts. i tried finding a fuse for the acc but i cant find a specific one that says its for that so i checked all the fuses unless i missed one or something but anyone have any idea or has this happend to you before?

You have just stock radio? Or what are you looking for to turn on?

Because since I recently changed my radio it only turns on when th key in on. Not like the stock. When in ACC ot would turn on.

I dont want to sound like an ****, but maybe with the turbo timer you installed had something to do with it. Maybe one of the wires to the ignition came loose or something...I would check there first. if anything BUMP.
