I live in a pretty warm area and I haven't had any issues with the O2 sensor. I'm at 27K miles.

I wonder if trifecta can turn off the secondary one. It's useless . That one gives the most problems. Not in summer really, just in winter usually. Sometimes when I take it out condensation doesn't just drip out of there it runs out of there. After a few times full of condensation , cleaning and drying don't work anymore, needs to be replaced.

You can turn off the codes for it in the flash software.

Are you still running the stock dp or an aftermarket with the angled bung?

Yes u can turn off the codes in flash software, but it makes car start like crap when it's going bad. I'd like it all the way off

Nope zzp catless with angles bung. Will have to put that bung at more of an angle up when I take it off and see if that helps it not collect condensation. I thought it was coolent at first and freaked out a bit, but it was totally clear and tasted like water. Don't ask me how I know that lol.

Another thing would be to insulate the angled bung to keep it warm so it doesn't collect the condensation you see

Do you do a lot of short distance driving? Like say 5-10 minutes of driving or so?

Short drives can build up lots of condensation in the exhaust system. This could possibly be part of your issue here, although you'd think 20 minutes should be enough to get the system up to temp. Sounds like you may need more WOT in your daily diet.

no it almost never gets to running temp, even if I leave it to warm up for 10 minutes. -30 doesn't let it. lol but its warmer now so should get better. and yes yes I do need that haha

Ahh, there ya go then. Sounds like there's not enough heat being built in the system to burn off any condensation. The cold up there in the winter must be a damn bitch to deal with.
