Only 11 psi? wtf!

We tried to tune her but she just wont make boost! Tweaked wastegate duty raised boost. Really got aggressive with it but still nothing! We changed the lines to the acuator about a million ways. We discovered the wiring was spliced. Checked and its getting voltage. Soooo we went with a manual controller which works but sucks.. could the splice actually drop voltage to cause it? We r out of ideas!

If my sig didnt show - its a 09 hhr ss. Super 20g and boltons.

We had thought it was a possibility until the manual controller went on

if it's a shitty splice it wont necessarily drop voltage, but if there are tons of strands missing and its barely hanging on, then it can drop current.

How's that clutch doing? If you need an electrical engineer to go over the wiring ill give you a hand. Who spliced the wires and is it soldered or just crimped/twisted together?
