Believe me this intercooler is more than enough for the way I push the car. If I need more I will get more... but 500hp core is plenty!

Exactly why I hope this one with elbows is dirt cheap.

Very sweet! Congrats. I'm not on this forum much anymore but I still like to encourage when I see fit. This weekend I'm doing the measurements for my custom intercooler set up for my Syclone. I have to find something that can handle 22psi with a pressure drop less then 0.5. It also needs to be efficient for 700 crank horse power.

It's on... but my cellphone decided to take a ****.... So off to ATT to get it replaced and pics will come!

It fit great, works good.... and WILL be cheaper than anyone else on the market PERIOD!

Gimmie a couple hours!

***Installed Pics*** I haven't done any HP Tuners logs, but after a 30 minute 90-100 mph drive home... the hot side pipe was hot as hell, the cold side of the intercooler and it was nice and cold to the touch!

It's not all about size! It's about efficiency!

This one is thinner but .5" thicker.... has less of a pressure drop! Bar and Plate style vs. Tube and Fin

I did.... But it is now going to go to OTTP, and they are going to work on duplicating it!

Read all about the srt4 fmic shootout here, you'll find that the overkill fmic made more power at low rpm than the stock ic. Lotta good info there, and some weird findings about the spearco core.
BS. In a collision the Impluse (Force x Time) that changes the vehicle's momentum is always the same for the same momentum change. That being said, that little piece of steel that is called a crash bar increases the amount of time it takes for the vehicles momentum to change. The Impulse F(T) is the same but becuase the momentum change takes more time the resulting impact force is less. That lessened Force means your brain is less likely to accelerate into the front of your skull. Think about it. Simple physics.
