Open Source Tuning?
Broke is right, currently HP Tuners is the only end-user tuning software available. Trifecta allows you to datalog and send the results back to Vince for him to adjust your tune for you.
I was in contact with a company a few months ago that had unlocked the ECM and was considering an open source tuning solution, but they have been taking up E85 on the LNF and other DI motors as a first priority.

I think the solstice guys used vector or westers....can't remember which right now. There are a few places that have managed to get into the ECM of GM vehicles. I think EFI Live can get in there also.
megasquirt might work..its a open soruce tuning program..runs off its own ECU so forth..however im not sure how it would re-act to our modern cars..i know my friend runs it on his 2.0 Dodge turbo neon
