I really appreciate you guys help. After I figure out what's wrong well get the ball rolling on parts and stuff. I could get lucky and just have a bunch of broken lash adjusters and rocker arms causing the nois.
Just researched honing cylinders, not hard at all. I will more than likely be fixing this all myself(maybe some help from friends too)

This is more like it.
$1, $5, $10, $20, $50, More - Whatever you can.
I remember back in the GTO community there were members that helped pull together and raise some funds for another member to help keep his car when he was going through a rough time - He was laid off unexpectedly from a career he worked in for 20 years. If I remember correctly, they raised enough money to pay his monthly payment for 3+ months on his car AND mortgage until he got a new job and got back on his feet.
Totally amazing.

I'd say somebody (other than dart) post up a donation thread! seriously.. Maybe gremlin could start it out seeing as he is the most passionate over this..
I'm parting out so I'll have a few bucks I'd be willing to donate to help you out, once I sell them that is...

I know you said you are in the Army, I'm in the navy and we have the Navy/Marine Corps relief society. Do you guys have anything like that? They helped me when my trans went out in my accord, they give interest free loans and take small payments until it's paid off. Might be something to look into as far as getting a new head or even a built one from ZZP. Good luck with it though.
edit: here is the link, it looks like they have contact info for the army as well

AER should have an office some where on your post you could ask around or just google it.

Dart let me know and ill send you rockers and lash adjusters, i have a whole extra set. Do you have the stock cams? If you do then i can donate stock springs as well once i install my new Supertechs. The motor only has 17k so im sure they are good.

ouch.... I hate to say it, but from the video it sort of sounds like you may have broken a spring retainer and your valve is slapping the top of the piston. At the very minimum you definitely have a lash adjuster or 2 bounching around in there.
I hope for your sake that I'm completely wrong.... and for god sakes don't start it again! lol

So after hearing the video I think I might have to stick with my original post.
It sounds like a lash adjuster or two(or 3 or 4) are done and a spring on the intake valve side is broken/gone and it's causing an intake valve to slip into the combustion chamber and get smacked back up by the piston. It'll slowly slide down and then the piston will hit it back up into the seat and then repeat - sometimes getting stuck because it's bent which is why it comes and goes.
I hate to type that but that's my theory by puttin gall the evidence together. Get to work and pull the valve cover. If you really think about it, $450 shipped for a complete head is not bad so I'd be looking to get some funds together any way you can - sell something or a small loan perhaps, like what klloyd posted.
I'm sorry, bro I am pulling for you because I looked up to your turbo swap.

Those were basically my thoughts exactly. I hope for his sake it's only lash adjusters and rockers but he more than likely floated the springs/valves and busted a retainer in the process which dropped a valve.
Oy just the thought of all the work involved with that sort of repair gives me a headache.
On the bright side of things, that would be one hell of an excuse to get a build going once all your funds come into order for you..

Btw, the way its running, it sounds like you blew both rockers on the exhaust side of a cylinder. This is what mine sounded like with the blown rocker completely removed when I over revved it once.
