Hello. Have codes P0087 Powertrain and P0089 "Suction Control Valve Stuck Open", no boost, in limp mode, can barely get up to speed. Strong engine, but lots of miles.
In most cases is this the High Pressure Fuel Pump ?

I have had this before it is the giant wire loom rubbing against the fuel pump

With that said, this may not be your issue but please check it before moving to replace pump.
