P0497 low purge flow

ive searched about this and i see a lot of people sayig the purge valve on the top of the intake manifold is bad, but im pretty sure it isnt. i also read there is a selionoid on the canister on the back of the car by the gas tank.

can anyone help in just telling me if these are the only two possibilities? car is running like **** and after i pump gas it cranks longer.

thanks for the help in advance guys.

this is kinda what i came up with-- it could either be the evap purge selanoid on the intake manifold or the vent on the canister in the back?

It's more than likely the evap solenoid on the intake mani. Take off the 10mm bolt holding it on, pull the hose off and see if you can blow air through. If you can, its bad.
