You may be better off buying a new block, man. They say resleeving the block weakens it.

thanks guys and yea sadly i know it weakens it but they are in some bad shape some what im doing instead is boring out the stock sleeves real wide so that way i can insert the new sleeves inside the old ones. that was the stock ones that are already casted into the block will still be there and maintain strength. this is the idea we are hoping for.

Good luck man. I would inspect my old block and sell it to you if you didn't live all the way in texas, freight shipping would be a lil expensive. Mine most likely blew a headgasket but it ruined my bottom end so I bought a whole new engine girdled and all from ZZP. Never did throw any oil or coolant out the exhaust but it did get lots of coolant in the oil which ruined the bearings.
