Parts Installed New problem

Installed an upgraded IC, lower CP and 3 Bar MAP plug and play kit, flashed the new TF update. Everything seemed fine started up great, no CELs. Warmed it up took it for a test drive to make sure the pipes held. Washed up the car took it to fill up, came home parked it. Monday comes around got about a 12 mi. commute, came up on some traffic and noticed that everytime I let off the gas to shift into 2nd and 3rd it sputters/bucks, and wants to die out. The first time it did it, felt like when you pop a CP. I have no clue what this could be? It idles fine.

Does it sputter in AND out of boost? Could be the map sensor... All couplers still fine? Does it do it in any other gears? Checked spark?

No CEL came on, Scanned it and found a P2261. I have a Forge BPV on it, but it's been installed on the car for about a year now.

I heard the Forge has to be greased or oiled periodically???

I'll take the BPV apart and lube it up. It may be the sensor, I accidently broke the protective tip off one lol. Does anyone know if it needs that? just looks like it protects it from an object hitting it or may deflect the air? I ordered up another one anyway.
