Pcv Valve

how big of a problem is it if the pcv valve is not connected to the intake

pretty big, u will throw a code and ur car will run like ass at idle. I know when mine poped off i lost boost right away when it threw a code.

my problem is that my pcv valve snaped off the airbox hose also does anyone know how expensive it is to replace the airbox hose

ouch, take it for warrenty. i have hahn in take, so no problems with snapping anything off

Glue it back on or get a barb hose fitting and screw it back in.

You have the same question posted in LNF General. I think this is a more appropriate place but you should go to that one, select Thread Tools at the top of the page and delete.

def a pain in the ass! I had an assclown mechanic break mine off, and I was just lucky enough to catch him in the process of gluing it back together with some tubing and superglue!! the dealership was kind enough to replace it free of charge after some gentle "encouragment" by me!
