Not sure what ya mean by FRONT MOUNT? LOWER pipe has nothing to do with MAF or relocation...it's a MAP that goes there. Why do you want a ZZP lower pipe? Cant's see it and won't do anything for you..except possibly stress the stock end tank there.

since you said you wanted to put the meth fitting i would go with an aftermarket aluminum one, i wouldnt want to tap the fitting on a plastic pipe...

I tapped the ZZP pipe on the lower back side about 8" before the throttle body. Plenty of clearance down there and lots of time for vaporization. No can do with MAF relocate though. Not a good combo on the ZZP pipe. The MAF relocate is so close to the TB that there is no room for meth injection without soaking it.

BYT played with it on one car. IDK if you are considering a MAF relocate, but I tried it and wouldn't bother again. JMO. Fuel response was better, but the idle needed +40% trim to bring it in line where they locate the MAF.

Maybe the guy that bought my pipe will post some pics. I can look tonight to see if I took any from underneath, I may have.

Ronn I'm sure he means an upgraded intercooler...

As for the lower pipe and MAF. Lots of people running a BOV opt to relocate the MAF to the lower pipe, and several companies make a MAF relocated lower pipe.

OP, I have a full set of dejon pipes. The clearance is great and there is more than enough room to put a meth nozzle in.

Everyone please re-read my post

It has nothing to do with the Meth nozzle there is tons of clearance for that

It has to do with lack of clearance for the Lower MAP Stage 1 sensor

It sits way to close to the AC Compressor

I was able to get 1/8-1/4" of clearance but it still sketches me out

I was having an issue with Throttle Cut cause the lower map sensor wires were being squished

Photos would be great cause im not happy with my CIA one and it was tight as fork to get in

If I remember CIA made there pipes short to shorten the length for hot and cold. I was talked to him about it and he said that you see quicker spool with shorter pipes. The one that goes over the engine was shortened 6 inches and the cold side was shortened an inch. I'll try to get a PIC to ya later. I have CIA on mine.

Mine were tight as hell especially with the Crazysteve IC but I got them to fit after about an hour of moving things around.

I have the CIA pipes. The only problem I had was the screws for the map sensor were caked with powder coat .. The sensor sits close to the A/C recirculation line sensor and I busted it once trying to put in a crazy steves POS I/C

other than that I don't see how they aren't clearing right.

they are very touchy if thats what you mean . I dead having to take my CP's off all the time I wish they had some sort of quick and easy disconnect

I am not having any clearance issues with the pipe

I AM having clearance issues with my Lower Map sensor hitting on the AC Compressor Line

It is also a terrible pipe to get installed

Im sure i can mess with it but i would rather get the matching ZZP pipe

Does anyone have a picture of clearance down there of the ZZP pipe?

Hmm ill have to look if i can flip mine around

Just so you guys know if your map sensor wires down there end up getting squished your throttle will close on launch when the engine rocks

I had this happening in 1st and 2nd gear at the track and when i hit 3rd it wouldnt happen and the car would fly

I'll try and get a picture of my lower ZZP pipe tomorrow. The sensor is relocated to under the throttle body away from the AC compressor. It's a better location, but still a bitch to fit in and tighten down the clamps.
